This is great I have to be at work at 4:30 am only have one car, so my wife uses it for her and the kids I just have to look at the locator on the app to find one close to my house and get to work in the spring and summer and fall it good I've don't have to wake my wife up or walk because the bus here doesn't start running till 5:30 am

I rarely leave reviews for apps, but the parking feature is an absolute disaster. My latest 5-minute ride turned into 20 minutes because despite parking in legitimate parking areas, my scooter would NOT PARK.

1. Couldn't park 2/3 bikes/scooters today. 2. phone holder is so tight - the phone doesn't fit and got damaged 3. Bikes are very loud and constantly beeping generally the app is very buggy and broken

Absolutely horrific system. Do not use!!! The bike did not want to lock so the cash clock kept on ticking, and after 25 minutes of trying to get help, I finally was smart enough to register the bike broken. They charged me $18 for a five-minute ride and gave me a credit back for $10. Super unfair. Will never use this system again. There was not a human to speak to and their online help bot did not work properly.
