Edit: the app now works very well, info is generally easy to find and once you have your favorites saved it's a doddle. The only issue is getting the app to launch when you don't have an account - they chose not to create an actual button for this - just a general 'tap around here' area which can be annoying when you need info quick.

The app worked well for me. I think you should get longer after activating the ticket to use it though. I don't really get buses so didn't realize it would expire if you didn't use it within 15 minutes and was just trying to be prepared. Luckily my bus came on time but if it hadn't, I'd have wasted money

The original app before this update was a lot better and easier to navigate. This one works okay, but it takes so long to find the information I want, just clicking through different tabs and options.

I have no clue why you think updating the app cause before the latest update the find my bus map was smooth and easily visible buses now with the new update the map is buggy and slow af and it's not clear at all why even bother updating the app if the update is poo.

Trying to pay with Google Pay just redirects me to a web browser, I also don't understand why I have to upload a picture of myself to buy a ticket, it is way more convenient to just buy paper tickets honestly. Seeing other reviews it appears that company threw away a good old app and replaced it with this piece of garbage. It is really disappointing, the only reason why I keep this app is that buses keep getting delayed/cancelled and as far as I know there is no website to track that info.

New update is terrible. Removed all the convenient features, deleted saved stops, and it somehow got laggier and harder to the map
