The original app before this update was a lot better and easier to navigate. This one works okay, but it takes so long to find the information I want, just clicking through different tabs and options.

Edit: the app now works very well, info is generally easy to find and once you have your favorites saved it's a doddle. The only issue is getting the app to launch when you don't have an account - they chose not to create an actual button for this - just a general 'tap around here' area which can be annoying when you need info quick.

The most recent change seems to have taken away the ability to save, and instantly view buses from, your favorite stops. No-one asked for them to scrap the old app. And somehow, they're managing to make the poor replacement even worse. Edited to add: I did find that I could add my favorite stops back. They'd just chosen to remove all the ones I'd already added.

Update: I don't know how they could have made it worse, but they did. Now I can't even see the buses as at the stop I am at. Looks awful - the old app was simple. I just want to know the timing of the bus and pay for the ticket. Looks like a box of crayons was given to a work experience kid ....

Review as of 06/04/2025 App is still a pain to use compared to old Transfer App, still doesn't show all stops on bus route. Passes take longer to buy and map is awkward to use. Even worse is that full timetables for stops are no longer updated for the full day, just the next hour, this makes planning evening journeys a stressful hassle. This app could be so much better, but it is such a mess of an app.
