Pls the trek scooters are not enough at lasu, most of them are locked at faculty of transport and u can hardly find a free one, u guys should pls do something about that...

The app payment method is wack, and the customers service number is wack. The scooters machines of like 10, 3 is the only one functioning. Have been debited more than 500# without even riding it for once. You really need to work and imp your services.
