No option to give 0 stars. Worst app. They do not provide an OPD summary, yet the hospital staff keep asking patients to check it in the app. My recent visit is not displayed at all. Instead, the app shows a visit from two years ago that I never made. This is extremely disappointing. Incorrect or missing medical records can directly affect patient care and safety. Please fix your records, ensure patient visit history is accurate, and stop putting patients at risk with such serious errors.

The worst app. Unable to download the lab reports and the Vydehi hospital is so worst. They have sent me from one department to another for an hour and still no one provided reports. The worst app and hospital.

Very bad behavior by nursing stafe and security guard. Pediatric ward all nursing stafe is all night sliping, night me no duty by nursing stafe.
