Absolute rubbish app, I cannot report a repair online, and you cannot view your rent balance, so you don't know if your paying too much or too little. Should have stuck with the original website which was easier to navigate. It's so frustrating and a waste of time.

Cant access the app saying to upgrade and no upgrade is available worst app design should have stuck to the website since that's where you have to log on anyway.

Over and over again I try to get into my account and says wrong username or password I reset my password only for the next time I go to use it same thing again today I've gone to use it reset password and still won't let me in how the hell are you supposed to bid for a property when can't even get in account just makes things more difficult and stressful when this property we are in isn't compatible anymore due to age of children get your app sorted

I could not find a way to report repairs or pay rent on the app. It's about as much use as Wolverhampton Council, no use at all.

Clunky slow and generally unuseful. Never get notified if bidding is successful or unsuccessful. I've been bidding over a year I'm in temp accom a will be homeless again this time next year as I have less than a year left.
