What is the point ot this app. No one referred to it or information submitted on it. My appointment proceeded as usual.

Outside of date and time, provides NO useful information. You can cancel or reschedule, but did not try as date/time was acceptable. Any additional appointment information is not available for preparation. NHS no longer provides appointment confirmation information, you need to contact the requesting physician for that information.
