Why is my bank information needed to get covid test results? Will not use.

Was told to get my results I had to download this app. Makes you put in all your personal info, signing in THROUGH YOUR BANK, and it's just a long convoluted way to redirect you to the government website where you have to enter your personal info AGAIN to get your results. The app is utterly useless and extremely invasive.

The app crashes after it gets authenticated by verified.me when you click the "Setup Now" button in the "Final Step" screen.
