Overall the apps is usable for daily, fast opening for the apps and minimal interference... But I hope the Boost Bank Team will be improve the DuitNow QR receipt amount number (e.g. RM0.00) to be larger so the vendor can see the amount clearly without need to make the phone so near to them to see... Please do it ASAP.

Used to be good digital bank, but now I want to transfer money the app ask for scan face, after many try still unable to complete the face scanning. Then I got temporary suspension cos failed 3 times face scanning. Try call customer service many times but no one answer. I call the fraud hotline only many long ring got answered my call. Ask to lift the suspension but CS said unable to do so as it is system programmed and need to wait 6 hours. I'm still waiting now. I'm feel very disappointed.

I think this app is getting worse. First the daily interest is not credited consistently every day. Then the online sometimes couldn't perform. Now the payment receipt can't download. Countless problems and the customer service sucks.

Need to transfer my money to my wallet but keep saying to use boost bank.and boost bank need to unbind.more complicated than a real bank.what the hell.that's my money not a boost bank money.horrible apps
