I had a very frustrating user experience. I was trying to make a doctor’s appointment, and your system required an HN card. After providing a HN card, it then asked for an "appointment policy," which I don’t even have. Why should I be required to provide an appointment policy just to use your application? This process is extremely frustrating, and finally I couldn't submit any appointment because for the application. Poor bad user experience. The application should have thrown out from the play Store
