Have tried many times to install on my Samsung, it loads but comes up white screen after seeing Celestial logo start to install then goes totally white.

Words cannot explain how dreadful this app is. It opens sometimes, other times you are left looking at a blank screen. When you "book" a tour, there is no option to pay for it, so it disappears from your basket. You "book" it again and once again it disappears. IT technicians at Celestial need to get it sorted and make ot more user-friendly.

After multiple attempts to update the version of the app, getting the same error message and not able to use it

After downloading loading you are told to return to the app store to install updated app, and then you join the circle game! Useless.
