The experience is overly frustrating. My husband got approved for the account. We tried 8 times to do the process. EIGHT TIMES. We were told the ID was blurry, so we took new ones each time. He has a beard now but not on his ID. Hey, people grow beard. Now, when he takes a selfie the same old selfie keeps generating in the oval screen even though he is trying to take a new selfie. There has been other ways. Ok, they resolved the issue. I changed my 1 star to 5

Okay so after the error issues have magically resolved themselves I have to say the process to book tickets through we app was super simple. I opted to pay over a shorter amount of time to save money on interest, but my overall opinion of this app has done a complete 180, and I am very happy to say my trip is booked to Hawaii, and I am excited.
