This is a totally fraudulent insurance. I had black blood coming out of the top of my ear. I went to a dermatologist in their PPO network. The dermatologist did a biopsy and the lesion turned out to basal cell carcinoma. IMG denied paying for this because they say it is a pre-existing condition. It can be pre-existing even if I did not know I had it, has never been diagnosed, and I never even heard of such a thing. It would have been better to not have had any insurance and do self-pay.

They wouldn't cover a heart attack if you couldn't prove your arteries didn't have any plaque build-up prior to purchasing coverage. They are great until you need them. The high ratings are only from people that haven't had to file a claim.

They wouldn't cover me, they said It was a pre-existing condition which I didn't ever go into hospital for, according to the bill It was a different issue. Someone who came as a student had the same issue with this insurance. My agent and sponsor won't even sort this issue out as I'm not the only person who wasn't covered by this insurance company.

A terrible app. It's got a bug that won't let you log in to this mobile app even though the username and password for desktop/ browser app is supposed to work on this mobile app. So essentially this app is a dead app right now.
