After it became the single food app in Berlin and enjoy a monopoly, a nasty "trick" is in place: before you order it says "x minutes", then you order and then it becomes sometimes "3x minutes". And you can't do anything about it (such as cancelling the order). Plus there is no real live tracking.

It was super odd to see my order 'has been delivered' while the last minute it said 19 minutes. Not even a pop up to confirm with me. Probably the driver / restaurant fear there is a delay and say it's been delivered. Very bad app experience.

practically speaking, customer support doesn't exist for Lieferando. more than one order delayed more than one hour and no chat or telephone support to call, the only way is email and they don't reply or try to reconcile you .. deleting the app after this order is delivered, if it ever gets delivered!
