Completed download and install, but upon opening/starting received message that there is a newer app and not to use this one. The newer HCA app also doesn't install on Android either! So neither app works.

Can't log in If you press the login/password fields the keyboard pops up but then instantly disappears, so you can't log in. Sony Xperia Z Ultra.

Utterly useless app. My appointment confirmation stated using the app was the easiest way to have my GP appointment and when I tried the app shut down each time. Had to spend 5 minutes of my appointment trying to log in via my laptop only to encounter a video that wouldn't work. Wasted appointment.
