Utterly useless app. My appointment confirmation stated using the app was the easiest way to have my GP appointment and when I tried the app shut down each time. Had to spend 5 minutes of my appointment trying to log in via my laptop only to encounter a video that wouldn't work. Wasted appointment.

Useless app, never works. Won't let you even log in most of the time. Won't accept two-factor code when typed, just does nothing. Hopefully my employer will listen to the complaints and move to another provider, HCA is a joke

When the app works its pretty good but for some reason on my pixel 6, it just doesn't want to let me sign in. I've had to use an alternative Samsung phone to book an appt.

Completed download and install, but upon opening/starting received message that there is a newer app and not to use this one. The newer HCA app also doesn't install on Android either! So neither app works.
