I definitely had some problems at first while figuring things out, but after a while of playing with the app, I do not have too many issues. My main complaint is that there is no way to switch between policies on the app, and I have to go through the website to do so.

Zero stars, app doesn't work at all. You install and attempt to choose your plan type. Then nothing happens.

Doesn't work. I get as far as choosing what type of insurance I have and privacy preferences. I got the app because the Pacific Source website gives no personal account info after creating an account/signing in; it just tells me to get the app. I try signing into the app, and it says "ID not recognized" so I'm at a stand still with no account info except getting a printable ID card.
