Worst app ever. Doe snot recognizes email address, hone address, identification process is bogus. Just don't waste ur time

This app definitely does have issues, needs upgrade. They do offer higher rate than other remittance which feels like why, how someone goes to deposit money into your receivers bank account in Nepal So it kind of gave me that tick. It felt a bit fishy. Even if it is registered in Australia, may not have registered under law in Nepal. I have recently stopped using them because we work hard to send money home and there is no source of transfer recorded back in nepal which can have consequences.

These people are more like money launders not a remittance. I send money in Nepal and my family was supposed to receive certain amount. Instead, they always receive less because apparently some lady calls in Nepal and says that the reduction was because they had to send money in IME from Nepal also. I paid the transfer charge sperately in abroad. Why's there two times deduction for transfer? If I get an email that certain amount is to be received by my family they should receive that amount.
