Trying to pair the app with my Nerva Exe scooter is frustrating. It asks for VIN and an 8-character password, but there’s no info on what the password is. If it’s not 8 characters, it shows an error; if it is, nothing happens. No manual explains it, and support hasn’t replied to emails. For a modern scooter, the lack of guidance and support is unacceptable. The app is unusable until this is addressed.
