Terrible app, so many issues launching it and getting it set-up/trying to log into the virtual visit. It is annoying and needlessly concluded, I gave up and used my laptop, thankfully I had the option I feel really bad for the people that have to rely on this app. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!

Awful app obviously built by committee with no quality control. Uses Oneida for login, but fails login more times than not. I have up on this a year ago and then retried it today to find that no bugs were fixed. Unusable. Will be using Zoom for my clinical encounters permanently

Not private at all! This app can take photos and videos, and record using your devices' microphone, at any time without your confirmation. It can read all the accounts on your device and make phone calls without your confirmation. It can prevent your device from sleeping and access your entire network. Most people don't care about privacy anymore since it's nearly impossible to find these days. But for those who want their personal healthcare information to remain as private as possible don't use
