I've used this for about a week, using 15-minute reminders for 12 hours a day, this has helped me make a small but noticeable amount of progress to fixing my posture. The app does what it says, and it's refreshing to see an app that's here to actually help you and isn't just a cash grab. This is exactly what I was looking for and it works perfectly. However, why am I only allowed to have one reminder at a time? I would love to, for example, have a workday reminder and a weekend reminder that can be both active at the same time, so I don't have to remember to toggle between them

I would give zero stars if that was an option. The promise of the app is exactly what I'm looking for, but it triggers notifications every few minutes even though I have them set for every two hours. There's already many reviews saying this, but I wanted to offer one more because it's still a problem

App doesn't even work. Does not send you any reminders. I made sure every setting was correct.

The reminders didn't work properly. I set it to remind me every 30 mins, though it kept on spamming me every 5–10 mins.
