Completely and utterly useless. Had to change my delivery and billing address when I filed the claim because they had my address from a decade ago. Much to my surprise, I get a delivery notification that night that it's being delivered to the previous address an hour away. I went back and look at the claim and not only did they not apply the delivery address change, but they also did not apply the billing address change either. Next time I need an upgrade I'll be leaving Mobile.

Doesn't ship to a Mobile store or P.O. Box. Uses FedEx and UPS, but you can't select UPS. FedEx left the phone out on the street in front of a bar and tells me to contact the shipper. Assurant tells me they'll spend 5 days investigating before they approve mailing it out again, probably with FedEx, and probably another dice-roll for whether I'll get my phone. I've been waiting on this warranty for over a month. Not worth they money. Just put $ towards eventually replacing the phone.

I was charged a $180 deductible fee to replace a phone that I didn't break. Shortly after a year of use, my Samsung Z-fold developed a crease due to everyday regular use. There was no water damage or cracks. After months of back and forth with Mobile and the unsightly crease now affecting the way I could use my phone, I paid the fee to replace my phone. Every Mobile & Assurant representative that I spoke with agreed that a defect caused my issue but refused to replace my phone for free.
