Easy 5/5 app. For those having issues with notifications (our building management has sent 14 building-wide messages in the last 30 days, such as for Crossword Day or for when the garbage chutes are out of order)... I recommend just blocking notifications on your device and muting the app. Maintenance requests are easy-peasy with this tool. I've used the community board to give away furniture and promote community events. Please keep updating the app. I look forward to new updates.

Too many useless, irrelevant notifications. Not really an app issue, more of a user issue. Segment tenants into East Tower and West Tower. I don't care if the east Tower elevators aren't working, or if they've got water issues. We have our own issues in the west tower.

Preferred the old app, I've downloaded this app just for it to open a portal on the internet for me to do what I wanted? I might as well not have an app and just sign myself in the portal instead. Also, the loading times on this "app" seem to take a very long time. But like I said I don't really consider this an app since it just directs you to a portal on the web. An extra step for no reason, and longer loading times. Plus I have to log in to the app then login to the portal. What's the point?

The app is useless. Actually, it's worse than useless - because it gives the impression that you can make useful actions with it, and then never delivers. Some examples: - "Send a message to Management" does not work. I've used it 4 times with no responses. - I receive "phantom notifications" often. Just today I got two notifications about "bird feeders" and when I tapped them there was nothing in the app about bird feeders. - It's mostly ads at this point, lining Quad real's pockets no doubt.

Difficult to negotiate through the app. Especially unreliable in accessing Pay Rent.
