As previous reviewer points out, new out of the box I had to reset the hub to get anything to connect to it. Please add that to instructions and app.

I'm having a problem. I've been using the hub to handle my ceiling and floor lamp, but today they all just disappeared from the app and my account didn't seem to exist to get a pw reset. It worked well before this.

Wanted a smart switch but had no neutral wire. Switch mate failed but Third Reality didn't. Easy installation and completely reliable.

No longer works without a hub. I had this set up and working fine, but I moved and had to redo the setup. But, now it requires you to have a separate hub, whereas it uses to work with Alexa.

Horrible, the product just stopped working. The app say my account I have had for months doesn't exist. Went to bed last night and all worked and woke up and it didn't. At first would sign into account but my three devices, hub and two switches were missing and could not be connected to the app or Echo system.

I am having issues with the app. When I try to sign up, it says no network connection and does not let me create an account. My internet speed is 400mbps, but it does not work. Can anyone please help?

App is garbage, can't add its own devices. It crashes as soon as I try to add a 3rd reality hub. Since I can't actually set up the hub, my device is useless.
