The system is great, sometimes I need to close out of the app and reopen to get it to load quicker, but I'm guessing that has to do with the Webcam I have installed, either way I'm a big fan of the trolmaster system and trolmaster products. The hydro-x and infrared night vision Webcam are a game changer.

Ridiculously short timeout intervals, constant connection problems, a lag time of updated conditions so long as to be near pointless, and highly inaccurate reporting of what equipment is on or off at what times makes this app a hindrance more than an asset. Trolmaster just can't seem to get it together on the app part of their product. Also, the IR modules for mini splits are garbage and simply cannot do the task you pay for. Tm sucks, ask the way around.

Every minute, I get an alert that my device is offline. I get this constantly and the unit has not shut off or failed once. Please fix this bug.

Useless app. Sensor data is not updating in the app or the web. Tried multiple times to refresh, and uninstall the app. The only time I get new data is by unplugging the trolmaster hydro pro from the network and plugging it back in
