Tremendous, I subscribe the package that will enable me see a specialist. When I tried calling a doctor no doctor is online, but that is not even the only problem. When I tried booking for appointment I could not also do that because the doctors are not online, I feel one should be able to book for appointment when or not the doctors are online. Please, you need to look into this. Also, your app have not incorporated emergencies. Thank you

The app has never opened for more than 3 months. It seems not to be connecting to the internet. Every other apps work just fine.

The app upgrade is horrible, it took 3 days to close a consultation. My test results were not seen, and I forwarded same over 5 times,called severally and couldn't get help. The doctors that called promised to call back and never did. Frontline referred me to the app that he knew was not functional. I wonder what would happen if it's a life-threatening case.
