1. I click on one of the favorites 2. A screen is shown where I can choose between "Origin", "Stopover" and "Destination" 3. I click "Origin" 4. Meanwhile, a map loaded and pushed down the buttons. 5. The full screen map opens, meaning I must have accidentally clicked on the map instead of "Origin". 6. I am annoyed and promise myself to be faster the next time. 7. I accept that I will never be fast enough and that I just have to wait until the map finished pushing down the buttons.

Absolute scam. I selected a route for tomorrow, bought a ticket for it, and it gave me a ticket that was valid immediately and isn't valid any more tomorrow when I need it. €13,67 down the drain thanks to no clear warning on validity time. Just don't offer tickets on a route time that is on a different day if you can't provide tickets that are valid at that particular time.

After the last update I bought ticket and after payment was taken the ticket was not shown in the app. Even after some minutes (while I was waiting for the transport) there was no ticket in the app... Note: I am using app quite often for 2+ years, and it always worked properly and was comfy to use (plan trips and buy tickets).
