For Non-Thai Nationals with e-Passport (NFC embedded)*:
- Original passport
For Non-Thai Nationals with Non-e-Passport (no NFC embedded):
- Original passport
And one of the following documents:
- Work permit (front & back)
- Valid Visa
- A Government-issued ID from your home country (front & back)
- A Government-issued ID from Thai Government i.e., Thai Driving licence, Pink Card (front & back)
*An NFC is a chip present in most passports or other identity documents. You can find the NFC chip on the bottom of your passport cover.
Once everything has been checked (which can take 1-3 business days), you're ready to send money from Thailand.

Be aware. Donot use there service for Money transfer. They will promise good rates and quick transfer which are lies. Once you pay, they hold your money for days and start highlighting of their internal issues. They even donot refund your money on time and will stop answering your call. You will retreat your decision for choosing them over Western Union. I already faced this and till now I did not get back my money after 45 days. So be very, very careful.

Have been using Dee Money for money transfer for more than a year, initially it was good as money used to get transferred within 2–3 days, but now it is a nightmare. My last transaction was cancelled by them saying their partner is not able to complete the transaction, and it will be refunded. It has been more than 20 days, I have still not received my hard-earned money back. On top of this, it is very difficult to connect with the customer support, they never respond, highly unprofessional!
