Works well. Im convinced ratings are so low because tourists can't accept that an italian app is in italian. The app is not going to help you learn how the bus system works, you can use Google Maps or moovit for that. Every bus station also has timetables printed, so you can view them. You may need to make sure you have an international capable credit card, but I had no issue with payment. You don't need an account to use it. Open and buy 👍 no SMS required unlike the official transit apps

You cannot use most features of the app without an Italian mobile number - a big disservice to tourists who want a no-hassles way to book and extend parking. E.g.: - you cannot register for drop pay, therefore - you cannot store into and access from the app any tickets you bought: you always have to go back to the system email you received on purchase - you cannot extend or merge tickets; you have to watch expiry time very closely

Do not use this app if you don't have an Italian number. You cannot make registration with different number than +39. But this is not a problem to take you money for the ticket, and you do not receive it. I paid for 2 tickets 24 hours and did not receive the tickets. I recommend to buy from kiosk or directly from driver where is possible. Two days later after I emailed support, they sent me the tickets, but I was 1000 km away from the place for use them.

I recently bought a bus ticket, I got the email saying the ticket was bought but on the app under "my tickets" I couldn't find the ticket I bought. I tried contacting the help service but never got a reply
