Why they locked my account when I'm just trying to pay my bill? My password needs to be reset and all of a sudden you need a customer ID number? Glad your business failed. Scam people after the fact.

Unreliable, it works when it wants to. I've been trying for days to log in to pay and can't get it to let me log in. It's extremely annoying when you try to pay your bill and can't because the app is constantly giving issues

Finger hut no longer exists, you all. If you had a $0 credit balance, you cannot log back in, nothing exists anymore. My account was closed in Oct 2025 without my knowledge. This is also when they stopped taking orders. If you have the credit card with a balance you'll still continue to pay.
