Definitely useful. Had some Bluetooth connection problems earlier but has been worked quite well lately.

I have been able to connect to my caravan before, tried restarting the phone, uninstalling the app and everything else. I wonder how much time it will take for support to answer my email? Paid 40k euro for a caravan, and it doesn't work? Come on Hobby show us you actually care for your customers and get this app working better!

First of all, why is an account required? We're using Bluetooth! Second, it occasionally connects once, and never again afterward. That one time I was able to connect there were all kinds of options that weren't told us about their existence when we bought the caravan, like floor heating. Please, disable those when not available!
