What an insane way of forcing me to install a new app to use ONE SINGLE ONE-WAY TICKET in Innsbruck. Moreover, after having bought the ticket, registration on the site, verification of my email, downloading the app and connecting the ticket (!!!) when I pressed 'display ticket' nothing happened...

The ticket session on innstruck do not work properly, I cannot delete my old phones tickets nor buy new ones. No help desk via email, only via phone call.
