App crashes immediately after logging in, unable to use the safe alert without the app. This is useless.

App crashes as soon as I log in. Can't use the device without the app. This is going to get returned.

Replacement app for previous app and is now incompatible with the older hardware.

2 years later and the issues stated before still exist. Can't add a safe alert to the system to get alerting. Makes an expensive monitor worthless.
