Easy to use, makes reordering my medication simple without lengthy phone calls or having to visit the pharmacy to place my order.

Good app easy enough to use, although you can only schedule one medication. It would be nice if you could schedule each medication. I like that I no longer need to phone to order the medication though, that's made my life much easier. The app shows when you can order the medication which is a good feature. Once my first scheduled order has gone through, I'll set up the next schedule and see how that goes.

Couldn't make ordering prescriptions any more difficult if they wrote it in Chinese. I would like to stay ordering my meds on the phone to my doctor surgery.

A perfect example of "If it's not broke don't fix it. Twice now had an email to say "You order is likely to be ready". I go to the chemist and nothing is ready, they tell me it's not due yet. Changed my chemist to Asda and deleted the app. Never had a problem before this new system.

Pity some older generations trying to use this. Asks for ridiculous amount of permissions to connect to NHS.
