They updated the app. Now it's not necessary to mark in your claim amount. The process is swift but checking on the applied claims is cumbersome. They should make the applied claim dashboard more user-friendly in the mobile app.

Can't even log in. I know my password, but where is that security code supposed to come from after initial registration?

For every claim choose of a small list of "all countries in the world" where you were treated. No favorite list or home country function. After that same for the currencies. If you live in Zambia scroll a bit... Pictures taken convert to a 10 MB PDF!! So uploads are taking time. If the screen blocks during this time chances are the claim does not get submitted, and you are logged out!? So you go through your favorite drop down menus of "all countries in the world" and currencies all over.

Good to have an app. But it should display more personalized information. -insured level, -personal data, -option to change insured level, -actual rates for insured levels according to personal data, -messaging and notification option etc...
