When I first downloaded this app, the maps section advertised multiple maps coming soon. . . Years later, it still says that. Overall, I have not experienced too many issues, but I wish they'd do more to improve the app. Multiple maps as they'd claimed and many on here talk a lot about improving no-go area tool.

The software engineers for this company leave a lot to be desired. Fix the connection issue- I have to use an older version of android to connect to the vacuum. Also, it must've updated, now it won't recognize the vacuum. Finally, had to clear cache and data just to get it to connect. Now all my cleaning and zone maps are gone. Ridiculous!

Since the last update, I lost all of my saved maps, zones, connection, everything! After reconnecting the robot to my app and doing two full new runs, the app shows me 1 day later that the cleaning process is completed and when I open the notification my robot is again not recognized and I have to reconnect. The robot is basically useless now if I have to keep reconnecting it to the app. This is getting ridiculous. So frustrating. Other users have same issue bht no word from Neato people?
