With the EUDoctor app, you can easily and conveniently arrange online consultations with a medical doctor and ask for medical advice. Our doctor offers reliable and affordable video consultations whenever you need it!
If treatment is required, the doctor can issue an electronic prescription directly. The app is a practical and cost-effective alternative to a regular doctor's visit as it saves you time and money. Additionally, the doctor can also issue a sick note if necessary. Use the EUDoctor app for all your telehealth needs and enjoy an affordable and reliable online consultation.
You can choose between four different consultation types:
1. Chronic therapy refill This service is intended for people who use chronic therapy determined in advance by a doctor. By booking an appointment, you can expect a 15-minute-long consultation with the doctor. If necessary, the doctor can prescribe up to 4 e-prescriptions (or paper prescriptions) that are valid and can be used in all EU countries.
2. Doctor consultation You can book this service if you need an appointment with a doctor. By booking an appointment, you can expect a 15-minute-long consultation with the doctor. If necessary, the doctor can prescribe up to 2 e-prescriptions (or paper prescriptions) that are valid and can be used in all EU countries.
3. Premium Doctor This service is intended for everyone who needs a sick note or doctor's note for work/school/college in addition to talking to a doctor. We also recommend booking this service to obtain any medical certificate from a doctor. (e.g. for the gym, work, academies...) By booking an appointment, you can expect a 15-minute-long consultation with the doctor. If necessary, the doctor can prescribe up to 5 e-prescriptions (or paper prescriptions) that are valid and can be used in all EU countries.
4. Counseling This service is intended for anyone who needs a comprehensive consultation. By booking this service, you get additional time to talk with the doctor and solve your health problems. By booking an appointment, you can expect a 30-minute-long consultation with the doctor. If necessary, the doctor can prescribe up to 4 e-prescriptions (or paper prescriptions) that are valid and can be used in all EU countries.
5. Psychologist EUDoctor's psychologist teleconsultation service offers convenient, remote access to professional mental health care. Patients can connect with licensed psychologists via mobile app or web app from the comfort of their own homes. The service is designed to provide flexible scheduling, ensuring therapy sessions fit into patients' lives. Confidentiality and privacy are paramount, with secure communication channels used for all consultations. Did not expect this to work, but on my surprise doctor was right on time, we started consultation via video chat and that's it. I might recommend the cheapest package for start, as that's what you will need most probably. However, do not expect such a video consultation to be better than visit to real doctor - you can expect EU prescription and 2nd opinion here and that's exactly what you get. Worth those few bucks for sure.

Would give a zero if possible - it's a scam. No doctor at assigned time and no one to contact for a refund. Follow up: they did contact afterward, then deleted the passed appointment and chat connected to it.

Trying to book an appointment and all the dates to schedule are disappearing. I go forward to next month and when I click on a date, it disappears too.
