What is wrong with this app? The card details keep erasing. So take ages topping up. Would it be at all possible to have an app that actually works? On my 4th re type so far ! Is the 4% increase not enough to afford an app that works? No replies to reviews does that mean Power Ni don't give a .....hoot

I have tried several times to sign in. I have done everything and filled in or the fields that where requested. I still cannot get into power n i online to top up my electricity meter. I have wasted half an hour off my time.

Was a great app. The update has made it useless. I have to reset my password every time I use it. Very frustrating. It's getting more useless by the day. Rubbish Power ni are a shambles. Pay a fortune for electric and they can't even develope an app that works. Joke of a company.
