Made to download new app. Does not work. Log in button won't work, so now I have 2x non-working apps. 🤣 Omnishambles.

App has broken and can't log in as says email and password is invalid. Apparently site wide app issue. Couldn't use the facility until next day when customer service opened who were helpful and provided a pin again so could use the storage facility. Doesn't seem safe to be relying on an app only method though for access if not robust platform.
