I would suggest the Anima Bank to enable the feature of Reset Password by entering the Dob and Issue date of Ctz, if the security questions are not enabled in this app we are unable to reset, anf many of the people don't set security questions.

The app fails to send sms to verify my login when I'm abroad on roaming. Even the whole sms banking doesn't work due to this huge bug. Update: this issue is applicable to whole soft banking/wallet apps, even with esewa. Never had such issue with global ime mobile banking who are not associated with soft
