Works reasonably well, sometimes takes a V long time to download the parking locations and has periods where the app inexplicably logs you out every time you use it for a week or so and you have to spend ages logging in each time. When it's working properly the app works well and is easy to use.

This app was great until about two months ago. Now it very rarely loads in under 3 minutes, constantly logs me out and then tells me my password is wrong and just generally doesn't work properly. I've had to manually pay for parking on at least 3 occasions in the last few weeks because I just can't get my app to open, and I have a Southend parking pass so shouldn't have to pay at all. So frustrating!!

Excellent when it works! Regularly drops out and won't load the list of parking locations. The only fix I have found is to uninstall it and reinstall it each time. Interestingly, it only affects my phone (android), not my wife's (IOS).

When it works it's fine. But too often it won't load properly, leaving you to have to pay, or worse get a fine if you are unable to get back to the car park.
