When we got on the bus, we were going in the right direction, and then he stopped at the wrong spot, which is further from the usual spot, and after we told if we can go to our normal spot he was mad and cursing at us and started accelerating really fast was a bit reckless

Terrible customer service, terrible booking options, can only choose within a range of times of when they're available and can only book something kind of properly a day or 2 beforehand, I booked a tike for two, and it got cancelled because MY DRIVER was early and expected me to know that while I was at work and didn't send any message. Do not use if you need to pay. Only slightly recommend if you can get the services for free.
