I would love to give more stars but I can't. The day I went into titlemax was a very busy day and she had calls back to back. A lot of stuff got left out. Like making a payment is not lowering your balance you have to pay the entire loan amount to get your title back. None of this was correctly communicated with me until I called later and they say if you don't pay on the due date they start repossession, even if you are paying the next day. PLEASE DO ALL RESEARCH BEFORE CHOOSING THIS COMPANY
