Simple visitor parking without the hassle of scratch cards or paper permits. This app is only for use on dedicated schemes, you will receive notification prior to implementation. So how does it work? Once your profile has been registered with your tenancy details, simply enter your visitors vehicle registration to begin the parking session. Parking is on a first come, serve basis in accordance with the signage within your car park and booking is advised or arrival only. View your parking session in real-time with the ability to purchase additional parking hours (scheme dependent). Enjoy the flexibility to pause parking sessions with notifications to inform the user of their live session.

Disadvantage of the app is, There is no indication/confirmation a virtual visitor pass has been approved after successfully making a 'booking'!

Price for purchasing extra hours is misleading and false advertising, 6.99 for 20 hours actually charges 8.45, PCM are an absolute scam

Just moved into a new flat. Registered for this app, so I can get virtual permits for visitors. I'm STILL waiting to hear back re my approval. In the meantime my sister has received a £100 parking fine because she didn't have a valid virtual visitor permit! Unbelievable. I filled out so much information to register 7 days ago, and I've heard nothing back. Can't log in because my account has "not been approved yet"

Didn't have any issues registering, have been using it for my visitors when they do need to use the visitor bay. First time I use it for some for a long stay, and they got a ticket. The app might be easily useable the PCM's staff clearly don't check you do. The app is useless if they're still going to give tickets to cars that are currentl marked as parked. I've complained to PCM and my housing association and my visitor now has to dispute the ticket. Thanks PCM... You're just money chasers...
