So, so useful. An absolute godsend if you suffer with pain in any of these areas. It's fantastic knowing that the exercises that are recommended, are based on scientific information. Thank you to Vieira for also making it possible to use the app for free throughout COVID-19 crisis.

The app is better than I could expect. After only 1 month I really see the improvement on my well-being. I would suggest as an improvement the possibility to change the answers given on the app about pain after an exercise or on the journal: sometimes I added by mistake the wrong answer, and it could not be corrected. I would also suggest that the days on which the mobility and strength test are done, it should not contain also the daily set of exercises. It's too tiring. All in all: awesome App

Having to request a one time password every time to be sent to your email inbox, so you can start the app is just hilarious. Health insurance paid for it - now I'm hugely worried about the consequences in health support if I stop using this annoying app.

3 days in & I continue to be disappointed. The UI is not great, e.g. videos aren't shown full screen. The UX is even worse as a continuous audio guide and countdown per unit would make things a lot more enjoyable and easier. It's standard in the most basic fitness apps. Instead, the intro video keeps playing on loop. Feedback regarding completion and discomfort is asked after every exercise, but it's not taken into account as far as I can see, as I keep be presented with the same exercises.
