The connection with the bank is working again. I am revising my rating. However, the app represents the municipality of Athens, this is not an app we find on GitHub to play with in our spare time. It is not permitted to have such problems for a long period of time. I hope you strive for excellence and not for the usual mediocracy

The app performed well and managed to install, setup and activate parking in a few minutes. I didn't like that the app supports only direct payment even if states that the number is safely stored in Piraeus banking systems. They are very sensitive info and certainly pass through apps own servers. Anyway, I was very pleased to be able to pay fees with ease to the Municipality of Athens for offering zero services to my car parked in public space. Should anyone get paid for nothing? Thanks.

For some reason even though I am in a parking metered zone I get an error that I am not. This happens a lot in mixalakopoulou street. There are times that it allows me to activate a ticket but there are many other times which refuses. More specifically this happens on mixalakopoulou 32 or 42. If I move the positioning target to the opposite road it allows me to activate a ticket. If you want a screenshot of tickets history that show a problematic behavior please post an email.

No refund if you used to park for less time. For example if you pay for 3 hours, and you park for 30 minutes. Also, you have to top up 6 euros at least even if you use only 50 cents to park.

Just pressing the button to add a payment method returns an error. Nice app if its purpose is to make sure we all pay a €40 ticket when we park.

Badly designed app, cannot handle a 16 digit credit card number with zeros interspersed. And then my card is not accepted, it says the credit card number is wrong, untrue.
