UI needs significant improvement, app is slow, many useless features and others that could be improved. Biggest issue is Cloud storage. If you have multiple cameras, especially one of them with a lot of activity, you run out of storage quickly even if you just use it to record .5 second, 3 m between. You don't get alerts when storage runs out, what's the point? Can't delete vids from storage. Storage is so cheap these days. Have buyers remorse w/ this LT contract

Home Pro definitely is a scam business. When I first spoke with the representative of Home Pro Operating, LLC, he told me that I could cancel the service at any time. However, after I have relocated to other state. HomepPro is not allowing me to cancel my subscription. They are wanting 900 dollars to cancel the service which is the 22 months of service left. Please stop scamming people and trapping them into the contract. This is very unethical

It's not great. It's the only doorbell camera system I've ever had, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it seems pretty worthless to me. It takes 45-60 seconds just to log into the camera when you get a notification. I've had it for 5 weeks and have yet to get logged into the camera feed before the person leaves, so I can speak with them, even if I touch the notification the second it appears. I'm glad our HOA pays our membership because I certainly wouldn't pay for this.
