Home Pro definitely is a scam business. When I first spoke with the representative of Home Pro Operating, LLC, he told me that I could cancel the service at any time. However, after I have relocated to other state. HomepPro is not allowing me to cancel my subscription. They are wanting 900 dollars to cancel the service which is the 22 months of service left. Please stop scamming people and trapping them into the contract. This is very unethical

Home Pro is the worst company for security systems that I ever deal with and the worst app ever always failing to connect specifically the smoke alarm sensor and garage door every time you call them for service you have to pay for thier technician to come over and do maintenance and the doorbell is in another level never work through summer when I call them they said due to Texas hot weather the doorbell not functioning
