Can you guys make it, so veterans can just show their driver's license endorsed with "disabled veteran" or their VA ID that says "service-connected"? Otherwise, we have to travel to the VA headquarters and submit paperwork and unfortunately the VA doesn't allow this to be done online. Appreciate you guys looking out for vets.

I ride metro all the time. Its very cheap and convenient. It's a lot better than it used to be. Having a Q CARD is the only way to go...unless you want to pay for every bus or train transfer. YOU CAN GET THEM AT THE METRO STORE at the DownTownTransitCenter. Or at most convenient stores in the Houston/ Metro Area and Downtown. The buses a train are nice and clean. The air conditioning is always cold. It's a Comfy Ride......"ALL ABOARD !!!!!!"

Their metro lift sucks and they should be ashamed of how they deny people through interviews which they hire Spanish people knowing they will deny the African descendant people but pass their own people, if people get disability they should be able to get metro lift without an interview, they denied me so many times, metro we complain they still lie, they need a bus down cullen by orem old people has to walk miles to that bus stop, no bus goes through thst hood, metro you sucks

99% of the Houston buses are late. They make us late to our doctor appointments and to our job interviews. They are completely unreliable. Why is it that other states or countries have buses that are 99% on time, but we cannot achieve that?
