I love that my hour and a half one-way commute to work (that takes four buses) costs only $2.75 when I use the app. Saving me a ton of $ on my daily commute.

Its convenient Its great when you mostly use crdit/debit cards. However, the app crashes a lot so I buy my tickets then close the app and only bring it up when im boarding the bus. Also it seems that some drivers know what to do with it and others are confused or just annoyed by it. Either way. RT is headed in a good direction with the app. Just needa train your drivers on how to use it and fix the bugs.

Had it installed, and bought like 10 tickets so they were ready to go when I got on, I didn't have to hassle with paying everytime. I get to the station and go on the app to use a ticket and it says Im logged in on another device and had to call an 800 # to switch, which was closed on Saturdays. Annoying.

It'll fight you Don't bother if you don't have a reliable data connection. You'll need data/wifi to load a code before getting on a bus. If you plan to use multiple devices you should make an account for each device you use, because it will only let you switch devices for an account once. The app itself is unreliable as well. It just logged me out for no reason, and I'm not currently able to log in using confirmation texts, which caused me to miss my bus, and I'll need to Uber if I want to get to work on time.

Bullshit It's a good app when it's working but it hardly ever does. And I'm pissed because it's 06:09 and the driver of the 56 to crc told me that I had to get off. Because every other driver knows this app has problems starting they at least give you a stop or two so I asked for a badge or employee i.d number because i plan to report it and she said hella sarcastically "find it on your app". I'm done with rt, your service is garbage most of your employees are garbage you're just garbage
