It’s nice, but the sad thing is we don’t have the option for ATM deposit, and we also can’t pay by linking another bank. There’s no tap-to-pay option either. If you provide these options, we will all be happy 😄🥰

Really the worst app I have never seen we can't transfer money to another bank account and other banks can open in another apps wamd knet but Az app transfer money to AZ bank app users only wt if we need to sent money to another bank app and the card is also charged for 5 KD really so expensive....waste of app please develop the app to transfer any bank account easily to scan or to Mobile numbers....

Extremely frustrated with this service. I loaded funds into my wallet, only to discover that I cannot withdraw, transfer to a bank, or pay any merchants—my only option is mobile recharge. Locking users' funds without a clear withdrawal mechanism is unacceptable. I kindly request the team to allow us to withdraw our own money back to our bank accounts immediately. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
