Can't use new mobile app due to my device doesn't support. I'm using a 2021 phone android 11. Forcing me to buy a new phone. I think this was a setup with us cellular for sales

Since this new update I just downloaded I can't access my account information it just keeps saying error the data network is either busy or unavailable please try again or try again later please fix this issue worked fine before the update

I now have to sign in every time I try to use my banking app, I never had to before, and I definitely don't like having to put my username and password in to be able to get into my account. When before I only had to put my code in. please fix this issue.

This new app says my phone is incompatible. No problems with the old app. Android phone.
