The transfers are excellent but the charge is too much even if I want to send N100 the charge will be N10.25 please reduce your charge and the cash back in too little it is only N2 and what is the essence of giving small cash back and a huge fee in conclusion reduce your fee and increase the cash back🙏🙏🙏

aww 😍 what an amazing app for transactions but try and work on the charges you take on each transaction it's too much almost 20naira is the charge at least if you can't give us free transfers at least work on our charges let it be #10 as normal as opay and Palm pay But at least I give kudos you first bank Nigeria limited

I found this app so wonderful, when transferring money the receiver See's it immediately that Ione of the advantages and the disadvantage is that it's hard to buy airtime with my account it doesn't show network to buy airtime, and it's disturbing me. Please try and do something about it.

App is good but the only problems are there are no frequent questions displaying when u tap on frequent questions and also the profile picture uploaded isn't showing at the homepage just the initial of your first name but if you click on the profile it will display the photo for u. please make a way for the picture to appear on the profile at the homepage instead of initial.

The app is too poor to don't put your money inside instead use opay, Palm pay and midpoint for seamless transaction as for firstmonie their network is too poor, you people should go and learn work from opay, Palm pay etc

Pls, there was a time I was trying to log into my firstmonie wallet account, it wasn't going due to the unstable network in my area, the next thing I was that my account has been restricted, I really need the wallet cos it's been really affecting me, I've gone to the first bank branches to lodge complaints, filled forms but nothing has been done, it's not supposed to be that way, me, as a customer should have unrestricted access to my account. Pls rectify the problem.
